Our Story
Crop started as a dream between two friends, Shannon Hanrahan and Lisa Van Kruiningen, who shared a passion for hairstyling and a vision for creating a space that felt as welcoming as it was inspiring. In 2015, they took the leap and opened their own salon in the heart of Downtown Mystic, just a stone’s throw from the iconic Mystic Drawbridge.
What began as a simple idea, to build a salon where creativity thrived and clients felt at home, quickly grew into something even more special. Over the years, Crop has flourished, evolving into a community filled with talented stylists and incredible clients who make every day rewarding.
